Times2Fly does not currently have a bulk data import system. However, the initial setup process is simple and guided, so you can enter your information directly into the system in a short time. If you have a very large amount of data, contact us and we will see how we can help.
Very little time! Most schools are up and running in under 30 minutes. The guided registration process walks you through entering your basic company information, aircraft, and preferences step by step. You can start using the system the same day you sign up.
There is no limit on the number of users who can access the system. However, the number of active flight instructors does depend on the plan you have contracted. Check our plans for details.
Yes. Times2Fly has an access portal for both students and instructors, each with their own profile and differentiated permissions. Students can view their progress, flight history, and account statements. Instructors have access to their schedule, assigned students, and flight records.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The additional cost is calculated proportionally to the remaining days in the billing period, so you only pay the corresponding difference. There are no penalties or long-term contracts.
Your data is yours. Before canceling you can download all your information in CSV format to keep it. We recommend doing this download before closing your account, as once canceled we cannot guarantee subsequent access to the data.
